Hello ~

I am currently running version 1.69 on ee 2.3.1, we've moved to a new server and thought everything was fine, until I tried to access Membrr in the control panel.

Whenever I try to get to Membrr Settings, or add new subscription or any sub Membrr page, I get a few php errors that mention xml. I've seen some other posts on here, but no solutions that have worked for me. Please let me know what I can do, I have subscriptions in purgatory until I can resolve. the matter.

Best,
Scott

    Hi Scott,

This typically means that Membrr is having trouble talking with OpenGateway. Did the OG location also move?

The first step would be to make sure that OG can still be accessed.

    Hey Lonnie ~

Yeah Open Gateway was moved as well, should I try to just reinstall? Or are there some configurations dwelling in there that need to be changed manually?

    Cheers,
    Scott

Yes. Since you can't get to the EE control panel, you will need to edit your EE database.

In the table exp_membrr_config, change the api_url to reflect the new server location. This should get you back in.

Thanks Lonnie. Looks like Opengateway is the problem.

"Site error: the file /sites/ozprop/public_html/opengateway/system/opengateway/controllers/dashboard.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator."

Hopefully this will fix everything up. Cheers.

Ah, yes, that would definitely do it! I'll close this for now, but be sure to let us know if you run into anything else.

    Take care!
