We are getting consistant AVS Errors (Address Verification Errors) from subscribers through Authorize.net. I know in a previous post it was recommended to turn AVS off, but our bank requires us to have it on. Has this issue been resolved that allows AVS to remain on?

    Hi Bill,

I don't know of any issues with AVS in Caribou 2.x. Are you saying that,
when you turn it on, you get consistent (100% of the time) AVS errors from
    Authorize.net?

We can investigate this and repair in likely 1-2 hours of development time.

    Hi Brock,
Thank you for your reply. The AVS errors are not 100% of the time. It
just seems to be happening quite often, more often in the last 6
months than ever before so I was wondering if it was a know issue
either with Caribou or with Authorize.net. Have you heard of this from
    others?

    Bill

I have not heard this from others. However, if your users are not
completing all of the address fields, that might explain the issue.
